    We deliver Monday to Saturday. We do not generally deliver on Sundays, however we do make exceptions for Mothering Sunday and for specific requests — please call us on 01778 349187 to discuss.

  • What happens if the recipient isn't home when you deliver?

    If nobody is home we will attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbour. If we are unable to do so and we are close enough to the recipient, we will leave a note asking them to call us so we can arrange a redelivery at a convenient time. We want to make sure your flowers arrive in perfect condition and don't want to leave them unattended.

  • Do you deliver to hospitals and care homes?

    Yes, we regularly deliver flowers to hospitals and care homes across our delivery area. If you are sending flowers to a patient or resident please include the ward name or room number at checkout to help us ensure a smooth delivery. We'd recommend calling the hospital or care home beforehand to confirm they accept flower deliveries.

  • Can I include a personal message with my flowers?

    Yes — at the order stage you can add a personal gift message which will be included with your flowers. It's a lovely way to make your delivery feel extra special.
